Rika is a Partner at Sarvasūkṣma. With over 15 years of experience, Rika has been involved in a large number of major M&A transactions in Indonesia, involving both private and public Indonesian companies across a broad range of industries including banking and financial institutions, infrastructure, manufacturing and consumer goods, fintech, education and healthcare and natural resources. Her clients comprise local and multinational companies, private equities, sovereign wealth funds and venture capital companies. She has been recognized as Rising Star Indonesia by ALB and Asia-Pacific Legal 500, as well as Future Legal Leader in Indonesia by Asia Business Journal.

Rika obtained her Bachelor of Laws (SH) from University of Indonesia and her post-graduate degree (LLM) from University of Melbourne (under the Australia Awards Scholarship). She is admitted as an advocate in Indonesian (PERADI).

Prior to joining Sarvasūkṣma, Rika was counsel at Witara Cakra Advocates (an affiliate firm of White and Case). Before that, she developed her career in Ginting & Reksodiputro (an affiliate firm of Allen & Overy) and Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners (HHP, an affiliate firm of Baker McKenzie). She has international work experience working in Allen & Overy London office in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions team and as a researcher in Environment Essentials in Melbourne, Australia
